    In Dr. Muquarrab was awarded the most prestigious “Abraham Lincoln Honor Award” by the USDA “For exceptional achievement and outstanding contribution to American Agriculture”.

    Dr. Muquarrab Qureshi received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in from the University of Agriculture, at Lyallpur. Soon thereafter, he was appointed as a Lecturer in Microbiology. He loved interacting with students and taught courses in bacteriology, epidemiology, and served as a microbiology consultant for poultry diseases to the University’s veterinary clinic. During this time, he also completed his Master’s in Microbiology in In Dr. Muquarrab and his wife Raana moved to the United States of America and made Ithaca, New York as their new home.
